By booking our events, you agree to the terms of participation listed here.
Basics
Participation in all hikes, mushroom portraits, workshops and other training courses is always at your own risk. Each participant is responsible for his or her own actions, in particular for compliance with current legislation (such as forest and nature conservation laws). Entering the forest and eating mushrooms after the end of the event is at your own risk.
Mushroom finds cannot be guaranteed at our events due to weather fluctuations. Nevertheless, you will learn a lot of interesting facts about the realm of fungi.
Our events are not canceled in the event of rain or drought - only in the event of severe weather forecasts or heavy rain in the excursion area. All events are primarily educational and are not intended for picking mushrooms for personal consumption. Nevertheless, small quantities of edible mushrooms found on site can be collected for personal consumption.
We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient numbers of participants or for other important reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure). In this case, any participation fees you have paid will be refunded. The minimum number of participants for weekend seminars, weekly courses and mushroom portraits is 10, for the "Pilzcoach-Ausbildung" and educational hikes 8.

Photos of educational hikes and sending photos for mushroom identification
Photos taken during the event may be used by the Pilzschule Brandenburg for advertising purposes / website / flyers etc. If you do not agree, please inform the organizer explicitly before the start of the event. Mushroom advice cannot be given on the basis of photos. Please use the services of the local mushroom consultations. For photos that are nevertheless sent to the Pilzschule Brandenburg for mushroom identification, we acquire the right to publish or process them as part of the work of the Pilzschule Brandenburg.
